3. Quotes & Pricing
Pricing displayed on this Site represents starting ranges only. A final quote is provided after we discuss your specific project scope, and is not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Project Engagement & Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone, or final payment schedule, will be agreed upon in your project proposal prior to work beginning. Work may be paused or deliverables withheld if payment terms are not met as agreed.
5. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included with a project is defined by the specific package or proposal you purchase. Requests beyond the included revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the agreed-upon final deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets, stock resources, fonts, or tools licensed separately, which remain subject to their own licensing terms. infiqo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of your project depends on you providing necessary feedback, content, access, and assets in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your end may affect the agreed project timeline.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are defined on a per-project basis in your proposal or agreement. Generally, work already completed and deposits paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, infiqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Our services and this Site may rely on third-party tools and platforms (such as EmailJS for contact form delivery). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
